Autumn on Biokovo is perhaps the most beautiful season. Temperatures are pleasant for hiking, crowds are gone, and nature dresses in gold and red colors.

The beech forests surrounding the mountain lodge are particularly spectacular during October. The leaves change from green to shades of yellow, orange, and red, creating scenes reminiscent of paintings.

This is also mushroom season. Experienced foragers can find various edible species in the surrounding forests. Our restaurant offers special menus with local mushrooms in autumn.
